For parts and components distributors
CRM for Industrial
Distributors
Most distributors already have a CRM. Almost none have one their reps actually open. EmberOps builds custom Zoho systems for parts and components distributors, synced with your ERP, priced correctly, and built to earn its place as the first thing your team checks every morning.

What it looks like today
You have the volume. The system underneath it hasn’t kept up.
- Reps work around the CRM instead of in it, so the data is always stale.
- Quotes get built in spreadsheets because the CRM doesn’t connect to pricing.
- Follow-up falls through the cracks on leads that aren’t ready to buy today.
- No visibility into which reps are active and which accounts are going cold.
- Pipeline reviews turn into a manual exercise in chasing people for updates.
High volume and thin margins don’t leave room for quotes that go out and never get chased. That’s share walking out the door one quote at a time.
Why it keeps happening
Most CRMs get built around reporting, not around the rep’s day.
Someone at the top wants a forecast, so the system gets designed to produce one, and the rep is left doing data entry that makes their day longer. Mandating it doesn’t fix that. Every rep is doing the math on whether the CRM saves them more time than it costs, and right now it doesn’t.
A distributor CRM has to pull its weight at the counter and on the road. Pricing has to be right without a phone call. Stock has to be visible without opening another system. Follow-up has to happen without anyone remembering to do it.
How EmberOps solves it
Built around how your distribution business actually works
Integrated with your ERP, automated follow-up, and dashboards your team actually uses.
ERP integration
Pricing and inventory are accurate at the moment a rep builds a quote, not a day later.
Automated follow-up
Sequences run on every quote and every warm lead, so nothing goes untouched because someone forgot.
Rep activity dashboards
Managers see what’s happening across the team without asking anyone for an update.
Pipeline built for distribution
Stages that match how your deals actually move, not a generic sales funnel.
Tiered pricing, ship-and-debit agreements, and supplier price lists that change on their own schedule get handled inside the system instead of in a side spreadsheet.

Common questions from distributors
Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. In most distributor builds the ERP stays where it is and the CRM syncs to it. Pricing, inventory, and customer records flow in so reps quote off accurate numbers without leaving the CRM.
We already have a CRM. Can you fix it instead of starting over?
Often, yes. The first step is the same either way. We map how your team sells and where the current system fights them, then decide whether it’s a rebuild or a repair.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on how many systems are in play and how clean the data is. The Blueprint gives you a scoped timeline before you commit to a build.
Will our reps actually use it?
That’s the design constraint, not an afterthought. If the system doesn’t make the rep’s day shorter, adoption fails, and no mandate fixes it.
